1. About us

True Gym Culture is an online retailer of made-to-order gym apparel and accessories. You can contact us at truegymculture@gmail.com.

2. Made-to-order products

All our products are made to order — produced specifically for you after you place your order. We do not hold pre-made stock. This affects production times and returns, as set out in our Shipping and Returns policies.

3. Placing an order

• By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.
• Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order — a binding contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is unavailable, there’s an error in the price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in £ GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout.
• Payment is taken at the time you place your order, via the methods offered at checkout.
• We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of items you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Product descriptions & colours

We work hard to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to your screen settings, and as items are individually made to order, minor differences between items are normal and not considered defects.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs, carrier delays, or incorrect delivery details provided by you.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because our products are made to order, our returns terms are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary:

• We will replace or refund items that are faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, when reported within the timeframe stated in that policy with photo evidence.
• We are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or colour, as items are custom-made.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

8. Our liability

• We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
• We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
• We are not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for domestic and private use only.
• Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website and products — including designs, logos, the “True Gym Culture” and “TGC” brand, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website at the time you place it.
