Shipping Policy
Every item is made to order — printed and produced just for you when you place your order. This lets us offer a wide range of premium gym apparel without waste, but it means your order has two stages: production and shipping.
Production time
Because your items are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Larger or bulk orders may take a little longer (up to 15 business days). Production time does not include shipping/delivery time — see below.
Delivery estimates
Once your order has been made and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Total time from order to delivery is production time plus delivery time. As a guide, most UK orders arrive within 10–21 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, peak periods, and events outside our control.
Where your order ships from
Our products are produced and shipped from our manufacturing partners’ facilities in the United States and China, depending on the item and your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. Your total shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders (outside the country of dispatch) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we’ll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a re-shipping fee.
